How many more loans are we allowed ?

So far we have 5 this season. I have seen it said the maximum is 8 ,but does this include 28 / 93 day loans?

I understand that we cannot have anymore players aged over 23 from Liege ,but could we still sign a U21on a 28 day loan or is it limited to domestic club.Could we get any more help from Roland's network?

    Dont know how many emergency loans you can have in total, but you can only have 5 in a matchday squad

    The international tranfer window is closed so any loans from 7th Feb would been to be from a domestic club so no more from the "network" unless Roland buys a few more English clubs via the wife and kids before then

    That's what I thought I don't think there is a limit on how many short term loans only 8 season long loans allowed,the rules do seem bizarre.

    So if we disregard Koc ,we have Astrit,Thuram and Sordell so we could use two more in a matchday squad.

    Surely if we wanted anymore SL players (not that we do) Roland could cancel their contract so that we could sign them as a free agent?

    Can't do that after the window closed.They need to have been released before last Friday.

    That is the rule to ensure that clubs do not effectively use lower level clubs as feeders.

    In our case we have 2 Liege players over 23 years old Astrit and Thuram and 1 under Koc ,last Friday we could only sign an U23 Liege player.This is why Reza is a permanent signing.

    As is confirmed above we now cannot go back to Liege or any other of Roland's clubs until next summer,we can only loan players on a domestic short term loan from an English club.
