Cedric Bakambu (22 YO striker) - to sign or loan - any news? Seemed to be very likely end of last week. So what happened?

    Not sure we can loan from overseas now,isn't the emergency loan window just for English clubs?

    During his interview Piotr remarked that Charlton originally contacted him with a few to being signed in the summer... When I saw that comment I thought it was extremely brave of the kid seeing we / he could be playing in League One next season

    Maybe again Cedric will mainly be a target for the summer after we see which League we'll be in... i.e. he may have (and I wouldnt be surprised if Max Gradel thought the same) seen the situation long term and thought "I dont want to to risk ending up playing in the English 3rd tier so will wait and see what happens"
