    What this actually demonstrates is that the best managers are those who are not jack of all trades and are prepared to delegate to others in their team who have better skills in certain areas. I suspect that Mourinho realised that what was needed in the circumstances was a blood and guts type speech to get the adrenalin flowing in his team - and that Billy the masseuse was better in that regard than he was.

    On this occasion your suspicion is incorrect. Mourinho did not have a clue what Billy was saying but knew it was good when the players started clapping
