Why flag him? Pathetic, if the I love powell brigade find there way out of his arsehole in the near future they will see that we are going down with him in charge, admittedly he has had his hands tied but his selections, tactics, subs and general stubbornness will see us go down. I would love nothing more than see us excel under powell but he just has not learnt from his mistakes.2

i think powell is great and i am extremely optismistic. this is now the tiem to risk it. do we change managers or keep him. this next week will decide our season. i was so happy with the performance today but not the result. it may be unfortunate how things end but i still think we will stay up.0

@aliwibble @chizz could you explain why you have flagged my post? Atleast a comment agreeing/disagreeing on what I said. Really is quite childish flagging posts for no reason.0

This is just another 'Powell Out' thread in disguise! Give it a break as it's tedious.AdamAddick said:After this being done a couple of months ago, would be nice to see people opinions now

I think people were flagging to counteract some of the likes.sseaddick said:Why flag him? If you can't make a reasoned argument without resorting to foul language, then you may well find yourself being flagged.

If I were to say anus you would not of flagged it then? Nothing to do with criticising Powell, as you seem to have been defending him on here this evening as if he is your dad or something. Maybe I shouldnt of used "foul language" but I am pretty fed up of the way this club is heading and it seems that as long as Powell is at the helm, fans like you don't mind what happens.Chizz said:

I wouldn't mind Dyer and Matthew going, and someone with more know how and experience come in to help Powell & to freshen ideas. Just a thought.0
-
The thing is with that though is that Dyer is best mates with Powell, I am not sure he would agree with that decision, and if it was made behind his back, I think he would resign.ParkinsonOut said:I wouldn't mind Dyer and Matthew going, and someone with more know how and experience come in to help Powell & to freshen ideas. Can't speak for Chizz, but that's not the case for me at all. I'd much rather we were challenging for a promotion place and playing expansive free-flowing football, but getting rid of him now is highly unlikely to achieve the former, and will probably only achieve the latter at the expense of numerous heavy defeats and relegation.sseaddick said:Maybe I shouldnt of used "foul language" but I am pretty fed up of the way this club is heading and it seems that as long as Powell is at the helm, fans like you don't mind what happens.

I was not aiming that at you, I was just interested as to why you flagged my post. I agree getting rid will not get us promoted, but it may stop us from getting relegated, which the general consensus is that, that is where we are heading.aliwibble said:

I want Powell to be sacked pure and simple
5 wins all season says it all
Yet again very indecisive with our substitutions today1 -

Something needs to change because we are going down. That could be some new players. A right winger badly.
The go down and start again posts, I have seen our laughable. No way should we plan for that. Were 2 points of being out the relegation zone.
RD if your going to do something, do it now because we might be past the time of no return soon.0 -

I reckon if Powell doesn't start to get results in the next 5 games and we look set to go down, I think he will create an argument with the owners in order to leave or be sacked. He then will not have relegation and the blame for it on his CV when he goes for his next job. Just a nice rosy record breaking promotion.0
