Hi,

    Done, interesting article. For what its worth (which is not a lot) since RD has retained CP, I think the timing now would be wrong to get in a new manager, so he should now give him an 18 month contract and if he feels necessary build in "stay up" incentives of bonuses but also termination if relegated, these do not have to be in the public domain. The article itself talks about the " favours CP has not done himself" and on that basis I cannot see RD giving him a long term contract now. However, if he keeps us up then CP has the evidence that he can do the job.
