Waggy out for about 6 weeks, injured shoulderOggy Red said:Leyton Orient are imploding.
3 defeats on the trot.
Where's Waggy in the Bristol City team, injured?
He's been missing several games now.0 -
Agreed - would have preferred Millwall to lose. Really don't want to end the season below them.paulsturgess said:Not a bad night for us, would rather yeovil had won. Just worry with a very winnable fixture for Millwall on Sat and then us against QPR the foliwing week... We could be well adrift and under critical pressure by the time we get to the Barnsley game
We have quite a challenge to climb up the table. It's dependent upon Sheffield Weds, Birmingham, Bolton, Doncaster and Millwall being mediocre or bad and us doing well, plus Barnsley not using their same 2 game advantage over those five teams better than we do.
It's not a comfortable position, but I believe we can rise to the challenge. CP and his backroom staff need to make sure that the team find their cojones pretty damn quick.

In my opinion (and probably everyone elses) Yeovil and Barnsley will go down. So then it's 1 from 5 to avoid the remaining spot. Us, Millwall, Bolton, Doncaster and despite their current position and position and points tally i'm including Blackpool. They haven't won since November!1

Sheffield Wednesday will come bad.2

I'm picking Blackpool to go too. Along with Barnsley and Yeovil0

Bit of a set back tonight, our injury list is growing each game, sure the lads will want to bounce back in our next game though.LeaburnForEngland said:Sheffield Wednesday will come bad.

All these other results mean nothing at the moment. We've got to start winning1

Actually be nice to beat Sheff Weds then get a 1/4 final home draw to Arsenal, Chelsea or City - so we get to fill the Valley, get a big pay-off, have a great day - but lose so we can then concentrate on the league. Think, at the moment, these 'extra' games can only help the squad to gel.superchrissypowell said:Im sort of hoping we lose against sheff weds on sat, so we can concentrate on the league!

Wow - what is all this wanting to lose business? It's completely ridiculous. I want us to win every game without exception.
It's not as if losing in the cup guarantees winning in the league, or even necessarily helps. What about building confidence in the squad? What about getting the support of fans? What about just spreading a little bit of joy amongst our long-suffering travelling fans.
Stop this nonsense. Charlton to win on Saturday, and to win big!

No way. Winning breeds confidence, and we BADLY need a win and some confidence2
