Just noticed Arsenal now have a Dennis Bergkamp statue outside the Emirates. I thought he was a quality player.
Who would you have outside the Valley alongside Sam Bartram that has played for us last 20-30 years? I would have Mark Kinsella, great captain and a consistent player.

It's probably a good idea not to commission a statue of anyone who isn't long dead. For example, I bet the BBC are pleased they haven't got a Jimmy Savile statue outside their offices. You just never know what might happen that will change people's views of an individual.0

Think Charlton have this just about right with Sams statue. Very few players could or IMHO should get to that stage.
Bergkamp was a fantastic player but statue ? Think of all the other Arsenal legends that this disrespects.3 -
