Trouble with phone lines

Is anybody else having trouble with their phone lines today, mainly 0844 or 0800 numbers ?

    BT exchange outage caused by thieving pikeys ripping out fibre at Southgate.

    Must be thick fibre is glass and no scrap value

    Totally thick. What happens is they pull up covers and find the cables are fibre, so worthless - then vandalise them anyway because, basically, they are fucknuggets.
