    'The Dog & Bell', Prince Street, off Watergate Street, Deptford.
    'The Old Loyal Britons', Thames Street, Greenwich.
    Top quality real ale at both.

    The Dog and Bell is a fantastic pub, and a little off the beaten track so retains the sort of clientele who seek it out. Two big pluses. Great ales well kept. Young Eastern European barmaids, well kept. Although they weren't there last time I went so don't blame me if it's a big sweaty fella.
