    Oi!! Thats my job........
  • the bloke shows great passion but yesterday he got wound up/mugged off by lafferty and gave a way a ridiculous penalty and he wastes so much time moaning at refs , i think he's looking for a suspension over the xmas period cos he's building his booking's up....

Shame the east stand lino was sooooooooooooooo hopeless he couldnt see and flag when a Burnley player kicked Mills after the incident.
  • Didn't Mills mention on his website a few weeks ago that he didn't think the Charlton deal would become a permanent one. His performances seem to have taken a dip lately and maybe the two are linked. If he isn't going to stay then perhaps we should put Mou2kil back in

Mills has been superb for us this season. A clever player who has endless supplies of energy, tackles hard, gets forward well, delivers telling crosses and is everything I want in a Charlton player.

However he was at fault for the first goal in not picking up his marker and God knows why he stuck his hand in the air for the penalty.

He's still the best right back at the Club by a mile and I will never forget him scoring the first goal at Crewe on his debut at 40/1 - so perhaps I'm biased.

    I hope he does stay
  • Haven't seen a replay of the penalty incident but did seem an odd one. Was it definitely his man that scored from the free kick? Doesn't sound like Millsy not to mark up?

I really think he should keep his place either way, love the commitment he plays the game with and whether he made a couple of mistakes at the weekend or not I think he's been a real boost to us all season, definitely one of the top performers.
  • millsy won Man Of The Match from the sponsors of the sheff utd game and refused to go and receive his award , a bit odd that

Probably because he dashes off straight after the match to get back up north to his familly until he's back in training monday morning

Or maybe he felt that he did not deserve it after we had lost three nil at home!

If Danny Mills really is on here we need a sign..........Danny can you wear your shorts the wrong way round for the warm up against Ipswich....if you can do this then we'll believe you.

PS - Please give trappy Lafferty a boot up at Turf Moor later in t'season - he deserves it
  • Hasn't his form dipped since he signed up on Charlton Life? ;-)

Mind you, he's not a very active poster!

Was a youth and reserve player at a former club of his. He was the biggest prick I ever had the displeasure to meet in all my time in the game.

I'm sure the fact that he's a prick has been covered many times by many people from many clubs :-)

  • Oakster don't you realise as soon as I read his name foam gathers around my mouth
