@Bryan_Kynsie was having trouble. He used my Season Ticket and as of yesterday nothing had turned up. He was checking with the club. I'd do the same if I were you.1

When I brought an extra ticket for Millwall at home this season they sent the envelope out without a stamp on it. They did sort me out with a new ticket on the match day. I didn't realise they hadn't put a stamp on it until I received a note through my door saying 'postage owed for undelivered letter', anyway not knowing it was the Millwall ticket I paid the extra postage (this was after the game had been played) and subsequently left out of pocket and inconvenienced.

Sent to wrong address ! Just a genuine mix-up - had a mixture of old and new address .
Ticket Office were brilliant - very proactive - they even rang me to tell me .
