Telegraph piece on Cousins

...I know it was the angle of the piece but I'm not sure it was entirely necessary to bring up the business back in 2012 myself. He's a young man starting out in his career and doesn't need that following him around every time he gets his name in the papers.

This FA Cup run has reminded me how much I love seeing Charlton in the papers. Made me a bit nostalgic3

Nice piece on a fine young man, I thought.0 -
I get what you're saying, but I don't think it was trying to drag his name through the mud, rather highlight the trials and tribulations he's had to go through (it makes clear that the charges were immediately dropped), and using those to show the mental strength he's got.
Nice piece.1 -
Jonathan Liew is a turnip, only the other week he was saying Adrian Chiles is the best football presenter. Well researched piece but I was waiting for the twat in Liew to come through and it did about his arrest. Great to see it though

I don't think it was trying in any way to besmirch him, and as I said it was put in to was flesh out the overall tone. Just think it wasn't really necessary although it is a predominantly positive piece.EpsomAddick said:I get what you're saying, but I don't think it was trying to drag his name through the mud, rather highlight the trials and tribulations he's had to go through (it makes clear that the charges were immediately dropped), and using those to show the mental strength he's got.
