Actually met a decent Wednesday fan in the pub last night

I told him I'd been up there three times during the last month, and apologised for not beating the Blades.

His response was "Never mind about all that mate, I think it's absolutely disgusting what they've done to Chris Powell and your football club".

And he didn't use the word 'tinpot'.

Fair play. I'm still in shock!

    I know 2 Wednesday fans personally, only really speak to them when we play them/after we play them.

    One is a nice chap, always praises Charlton, and never predicts Wednesday will beat us.

    The other one said after we beat them in the cup "Well at least you should beat United, and then a trip to Wembley will make up for you going down"
