    Well it worked for Mark Hulyer and Mark Goldberg so why wouldn't work for Paul Scally

    Ultimately somebody has got to stump up some wedge and I'll be very surprised if that is Scally himself.

    In other words there will probably be other directors / shareholders involved which could call into question Scally's ability to fully control the new company.
