Burnley's three defeats....

...all away from home, were versus Huddersfield, Brighton and Middlesboro.

Hardly the shining lights of the division ?

That gives some comfort that we've a chance tomorrow. Having not lost in 2014, they must be due one....

They won't like our pitch either. Fancy we'll get a point.

    Ings out injured too

As he's scored almost as many goals on his own as our entire squad have managed, that can only be a good thing.

Teams who get promoted normally have a little blip around this time of the year. Here's hoping tomorrow they have an off day

    Charlton 1-0 win , 92nd minute Morrison.
  • They weren't that much better than us up at their place, they were just very clinical in front of goal.

That's the impression i get of them most weeks. They're not like Leicester who just steamroller teams, Burnley are just a solid side with a good strike pairing. 11 of their wins have been by a single goal.

Trippier may also be out, a massive miss if true.

Sounds like they will go straight back down again if they get automatic promotion.

It's highly likely we will see the 1st goal hit the the back of our net tomorrow under our new management, but what have we learnt over the last week and a half?

If you don't concede, you at least get points on the board and whether that's 1 point or 3 points, and Whether it's 1-0 or 0-0, It'slot better then losing 3-2. You get f*ck all from that, as it's obviously known.

We must guard the back of our net as cleanly and confidently as we have been over the last 3 games. But also be clever about it, don't invite them on, use our heads in positional sense and battle for every ball when danger occurs in any open space, 100%.

Tomorrow's game is all gana be about timing as Burnley won't allow mistakes or mis judgements to go unpunished.
We still have that QPR memory of what is considered a much bigger, better team.

Based on form the valley is a tricky place to come to. Let's keep it that way. I honestly think we can sneak another 1-0. Crowd needs to stick with em whole way through.

    COYA.

100% this... Need to be Defensive but not sit deep at the same time... If we get an opportunity then I reckon Riga will have us breaking at speed (there has been a bit of counter-attacking Football from Riga especially on Tuesday against Bournemouth)
