don't get me wrong I love our players and Iam behind all of them ..
But ..
It really is a magnificent buzz when a home grown player .. Who's been at the club for all his childhood, scores the winning goal in a massive game to keep our head above water , watching Cousins wheel of in celebration tonight nearly brought a tear to my eye ( dramatic I know) but knowing once there was a young boy their who future was not known and now this young man has scored a massive goal for our club ..his club ..
AND CAFC PUT HIM THERE TONIGHT
I'm so proud of our academy and long may it continue
We'll done the staff and we'll done Jordan and all the players

Well said. Would be very happy with half of our team next season being home grown, as long as we bring in some better quality players than we have now to play alongside them, educate and further improve them.1
