What I'm asking is has grey brought in his own style of football and implemented it whithin your squad now to play differently or is it just new manager syndrome?
As when parky was mananger we was winning but not atractivly and was lying 4th with games in hand! He got sacked Powell come in tried to change the way we play with the players we had and it didn't work !

Gray has changed the way we play, the players attitude, the players seem to be much more happy, it's a happy camp!! we might not have the best players but I tell you what, make the camp happy and things will happen, seriously, look at Millwall.... they have decent players on paper but their camp doesn't seem happy to me and they'll end up bottom with big problems next season.
