I went to Louven vs Mons relegation match at weekend. Had planned to see Leige but bad back prevented trip. Belgian Pro league but Mons were Conference standard at best, barely a shot of note. Louven won 2-0 with two well worked goals but very poor. Winger had full back on toast, good pull back for 1st then never got a pass for next hour. Crucially all fouls were pulls or pushes except one tackle got yellow. Barely a foul in UK. My rugby playing mate commented "very gentlemanly" game. Easy to see why Reza and PP lack impact.

    maybe we should organise a pre season friendly vs Mons, sounds like it could be a close one.

    Well PP was actually playing in Holland, but second division Dutch football is probably no better than Belgian top division.

    Apparantly the U19's of Ajax, PSV and Feyernoord hold their own in the dutch second division. Don't wish to comment on the guy till seen him but methinks he is hardly playing in top drawer company!
