must admit I really fancy this one now (easy drive up and back home in time for the classifieds!), however it's virtually impossible with my babysitting duties !!, so it looks like I'll be watching it on TV.

Anyone know how many tickets we've sold ?

what a bunch of pansy excuses, no wonder we have such poor away support. You're a disgrace.

I am the only one with a decent excuse. Christmas party the night before, so will be keeping my sofa company with a hangover.
  • Cant do the ko time.

Got Norwich and Leicester tickets though.

I'll be there, despite having Sky, a couple of mates around to watch it, a nagging missus, a hangover, Xmas shopping still to do and a poorly cat.

Anticipating a hangover is a very weak excuse Smudge. For the Palace game I'd had about an hours sleep and was rotten as a bag of year old prawns. Still belted down to the station sweating alcohol out all the way to get on it with the boys, and Colchester I wasn't very healthy either, and Southampton!!

Me, I'm gutted I was going to go but as I'm DJ'ing that evening the guy said he would find someone else if I went as he reckoned I wouldn't come back and if I did I'd be too wrecked to work and as he booked me bloody ages ago I thought it a bit unfair to do that to him.

So I shall watch it in his pub instead and stay there all day setting up for the evening.

    Lame excuse Carter you splitter.
Game finishes by 3, so you'd be home for 6. Melt.

You think I don't know that? Unfortunately I can't afford to lose the work especially as it appears I have had my Debit card cloned.

Of course I'm going, and none of this flying lark either
  • I'd love to go, but the early kick-off's knocked it on the head for me, I'm afraid.
