Brighton fans yesterday.

Have to say the Brighton fans were class yesterday. Had a wander around the ground to pass the time before kickoff and lots of them came up to me to wish our team luck, and saying things like "Ive always liked Charlton". Very refreshing to see at an away game.

    Not uncommon, Trev.

Expect the Owls' fans to approach us with similar pleasantries next Monday.....

I think it partly dates back to when a number of us went down there to show support in their campaign to keep their old Goldstone ground going. They appreciated it although in the end the ground closed but like us, they never gave up.

Out of all the clubs in the football league I like Brighton. Brighton fans are a good bunch. Plus we both have one thing in common. We hate palace.

I think out of all the away teams that come to the valley and will have to face the mighty A block. Brighton will get let off the hook!

Anyone who hates palace are our friends.

    Except Millwall.
