Only had my home shirt a few months and all the sponsor is pealing off! 40+ quid it's a liberty! Any one know if I can return it or what the policy is? And I don't have a receipt!

You're washing it to hot. Had mine since Christmas wear it every other week to play in and it's like new.

Always wash at 30 in a delicate wash.

Last season was our first back in the Championship and also the first year of the Just Sports/Nike deal, that shirt only lasted a season.
  • Don't make them like they used to my old admiral England stuff is still perfect as are some of my 80s/90s Charlton shirts

It's a budget nike shirt. Not quality materials like the high end nike shirts ie Barcelona. We have the basic range that Sunday league teams wear.

I wouldn't be to worried about the sponsor peeling it's only a cheap sponsors anyway

It's obviously faulty. Take it back to the shop and ask for your money back. If they ask for the receipt, tell them that under the sale of goods act you don't need one for a faulty product. If they refuse, write to all the local papers telling them about the problem and the non-refund, sending copies of each letter to Katriene.
