    I know nothing about Katrien but seeing this shows that she has passion. I can't think of any other person with her job who would do this, so fair play to her.

    You can view your business as a business and still love getting involved in it and have a passion for it as so many small businesses can tell you. Is it possible she actually loves her business and therefore charlton? Must say I do kind of love this.

    I'm impressed with the enthusiasm she's shown since taking over, especially when you have a struggling team on the pitch. It's very easy to be visible when you're flying high, not so easy when you're struggling and unpopular decisions have been made

    The more I see this the more I like it. She's the closest link we have to Roland and she's willing to get involved. She actually seemed to care about what she was saying at the valley, a real sweetness about her.

    AllI keep thinking when I look at that photo is how badly made those t-shirts must be given that it makes her lovely shape look poor. Sack the tailor!
