Reza - 5 Not good enough in this league. Not the ideal replacement for Kermogant as bandied about!

Cousins - 6 Felt sorry for Jordan, not his best game, probably needs a rest.
Jackson - 6 Captains game, tries 100%.
Ajdarevic - 7 If only he could last 90 minutes, sadly him and Jacko are our only hopes of scoring at present!
Church - 6 Best game I've seen him play all season, but needs to put the ball in the net!
Obika - 6.5 Better than Church and Reza.
Green - 5 Just shows how poor our squad is when he comes on. Did nothing.

I thought he made countless brilliant interceptions, some great bursts, stood up his winger really well, kept possession intelligently, ran his guts out and did everything asked of him.Stone said:

He let the ball bobble over his foot for a throw once. He does it once every game, actually. It's fine. It's almost his thing. I bet some people have taken 1 or 2 marks off him just for that.2 -

Cousins 6 Stuck at it but a few errors made this match the worst he's played for a while. A great first season though overall.

Church 6 The bloke puts a shift in so I think 6 seems harsh. Then I remember that he is a striker and think of his tap to the keeper from the edge of the six yard box.

I'm not church's biggest fan by a long way. In fact I'm probably of his biggest critics however, he was brilliant today. The best game he's had for us. The few people that have given him a 5 should just not bother giving him a mark as they're clearly never gonna take to him1

I can't believe the criticism by some of cousins on here. He is an extremely good player being played out of position because he is versatile and can still do a good job any where. He is certainly suffering from the love affair many of our one dimensional fans are having with Poyet ( who is also quality)2

Hamer 7 did what he had to do very well.
Wilson 7 strong performance his mistakes were minor.
Morrison 8 solid
Dervite 7 less solid but decent.
Fox 5 defensively average, takes too long on the ball and crosses very inconsistently
Reza 7 Looked dangerous when he got the passes he was begging for taken off too early.
Poyet 8 very good. Passing, tackling, tracking all good!
Cousins 5 every player can have an off day, cousins has had a couple

Ajdarevic 6 average, terrible stamina still.play it simple.
Church 7.5 caused a couple of issues, could have scored if he kept going after the denied penalty

Hamer - 7 That's better.
Wilson - 7 Defended well but wasn't up against much. Seemed reluctant/unable to attack late on.
Morrison - 7 Looked the part.
Dervite - 7.5 Defended well and shows some good touches.
Fox - 7 Technically very sound and there was one superb cross. Got a few good headers in too. Inexperience showed 1st half when there was massive scope to attack vacant spaces.
Reza - 7 Held the ball up really well when it was played to feet. Hope he stays and I think he'll get goals next season.
Poyet - 8.5 Class performance that won't have gone un-noticed. The ability to break up play is there and yesterday he showed glimpses of developing his play in the final third too. Some of the little help ons out to the right were excellent.
Cousins - 5 Tried but was a weak link (probably fatigued). Petrucci for him at half time might have been a good move.
Jackson - 6 Tried and showed some neat touches but nowhere near the attacking threat he once was.
Ajdarevic - 7 Some of the passing was from a higher league. The outside of the foot balls out to the left and the cross field pass to Fox were outstanding. Bit unlucky with 1st half volley but faded again and wasn't in it 2nd half.
Church - 7 Good performance. The rest has done him wonders and his control was much better. Just doesn't offer enough in the box though.0 -

Overall not a bad performance as reflected above, some slightly better than others, nobody was stand out or awful. But it's all so slow, no wonder we don't score, even given our poor strikers

Morrison.. 7.5 Very good performance - if only Riga had picked him on Tuesday ! Shocking decision.
Dervite.. 7.5 same as Morro
Fox.. 6.5 good game for a kid. Needs to cross better
Reza.. 5 lightweight again. EVen fell over looking for a foul in first half when Bolton player was 5 yards away - shots were shocking
Poyet.. 7 - very efficient in what he does. Wish he was a bit less ponderous /sideways, but has it when the others around him dont.
Cousins.. 6 did ok - looks shattered though
Jackson.. 6 same as Cousins
Ajdarevic.. 6 Lots of skill and we look a different team with him on the pitch, but sooooo lazy/knackered.

Fox 8 delighted with Morgan's performance. Some good tackles, forward forays & decent crosses. Should take a lot of confidence from that game
Reza 7 looked tidy on the ball, had a few shots, couple of poor decisions
Poyet 7.5 so classy. Hoping against hope that this isn't his only season in the 1st team with us
Cousins 5.5 poor today. Not his best position, but he has the skill to overcome that. Some very poor touches, which is not like him
Jackson 6.5 kept encouraging & driving forward.
