Church----6 --- defo pen---and run his socks off.
JR ---5 no idea what the subs were all about.

Hamer 6.5 - Some good distribution
Wilson 7 - Defended well and got forward well, but crossing still a problem
Morrison 6.5 - Looked good and solid
Dervite 6.5 - Did well
Fox 6.5 - Assured; will get better with 1st team experience
Reza 5 - Involved but little end product
Poyet 7.5 - Classy once more
Cousins 4.5 - Poor game, nothing went right for him but never hid
Jackson 6 - Tried and tried, but tired near end
Ajdarevic 6.5 - Good first half but never quite got that clear shooting opportunity
Church 5 - Ran lots as usual; missed good opportunity to head home, and I thought he just stumbled for the pen appeal0 -

Giving Cousins a higher mark than Wilson is beyond ridiculous. I think you'll find that on at least one of those occasions, Lee (a very skilful player) was shepherded inside by Wilson only for Cousins to commit a clumsy foul0

Morrison 8 Why oh why didn't he play Tuesday?

Hamer 7 - did what was required with some good saves
Wilson 8 - Was solid for the whole game
Morrison 7 - Decent
Dervite 7 - handled his marker well but got me a bit worried in the second half a few times
Fox 7.5 - Solid at the back, loved his overlapping runs but just needs to cross a bit better
Reza 6.5 - Had some good moments but struggled to have an impact on the match
Poyet 8 - Outstanding as usual. wonderful to watch
Jackson 7 - felt he gave it everything
Ajderevic 8.5 - MOTM was very surprised when he was taken off, he was really really good, pulling the strings in midfield and creating opportunities single handily.
Cousins 6 - things just weren't going his way, often looks a bit lost on the wing. Still gave it everything though
Church 7.5 - After getting thrown into an advertisement board face first in the second half, he really began to have an impact and played well. Should have had a pen.
Obika 6.5 - was ok but after Riga's next two subs, the side looked a lot weaker.0 -
Overall not a bad performance as reflected above, some slightly better than others, nobody was stand out or awful. But it's all so slow, no wonder we don't score, even given our poor strikers
This is the proverbial nail being struck square on the head.
Riga seems to be just guessing and hoping for the best0 -

Wilson 7 Worked hard throughout, little threat down his side
Morrison 6 Too much space between centre halves, but the fb's were pushing up
Dervite 6
Fox 8 Excellent, always provided an out, only needs to hit an early ball occasionally
Reza 6.5 Kept going, and by the énd half was closing down well out of possesion.
Poyet 7 Assured
Cousins 6 Passing was poor, but never gave up and closed down
Jackson 6 Left acres of space first half, for their average right side, but rectified it énd half.
Ajdarevic 7 Showed quality, but tailed of énd half
Church 7 Should have done better with two chances, but never stopped.0 -

My first live game this season....the most mediocre team we have had in 25 years......they all looked to each other tobtake a lead and nobody stepped up. Happy for Green to never wear a red shirt ever again.....Cousins left his passing boots at home. Fox did very very well.0 -

Thought Fox played very well in 1st half - from where I was sitting he put in a perfect cross which Church failed to put a good header on.0
