Is this message from the future? As far as I am aware we are not actually safe yet!Athletico Charlton said:Now that we are safe, do people think Hamer, Morrison, Dervite, Poyet will all sign another contract and can we get Gomez and Edwards signed up? Could be exciting times if this happened and we could add the right additional players.

One step at a time. First priority - Blackburn home.
We could be bottom three again on Saturday.

4 points to be safe. Lets not be like other clubs fans and get ahead of ourselves2

Why do people do this rubbish?2 -
Please delete this thread....safe?!?!? We ain't safe till it is mathematically impossible for the team in 21st place to catch us.
Imo we will have to win one of our last 3 to stay up.0 -
I would like to hope they will all stay - but once safety is guaranteed - still some work to do yet.
And if Riga keeps us up he can have the job permanently.0 -
Today was a fantastic win , but we're not quite over the line yet, I would love for the 6 players you've mentioned to be signed up, and hope that it happens , but if it did happen wouldn't it be announced when the season had finished?0

Stop fretting people, I know we are not mathematically safe but Barnsley will not win both their games and one of the others below us won't get more than one more point. Let's start planning for next year.

Which one? If they all get one win and we don't get a point I think we're doomedAthletico Charlton said:Stop fretting people, I know we are not mathematically safe but Barnsley will not win both their games and one of the others below us won't get more than one more point. Run-ins for us and all who could catch us:
Charlton 45: Blackburn (h), Watford (h), Blackpool (a)
Doncaster 44: Reading (h), Leicester (a)
Millwall 44: QPR (a), Bournemouth (h)
Birmingham 43: Leeds (h), Wigan (h), Bolton (a)
Blackpool 43: Wigan (a), Charlton (h)
Barnsley 39: Boro (a), QPR (h)
Think Doncaster might have the biggest ask. Our 3 games are very losable.0 -
2 points should see us safe but if we have to get them at Blackpool then it's far from over.0
-
One game at a time. Don't count chickens etc1
-
I'm all for looking at next season but I think it can wait until after Saturday (and maybe Tuesday) when there is a bit more certainty brought about by others hopefully losing and our result.
Once we are safe we should really focus on cheering on Kermorgant vs Millwall on the last day
