New ADF album out in March next year - Punkara.

I love this band but they do not seem to get wide acceptance.

    I saw them live at Bluenote once. They flared up quite a bit of coverage back then.

    I used to like ADF, the first couple of albums were great, i saw them in 2001 and they were a brilliant live act.

    Don't like the last few albums they have released (TANK was bloody awful), and i hate the new vocalist aswell.

    I thought they lost something when Deedar went. Community Music is a classic.

    I had a couple of their singles a few years back NAXALITE was one and i can't remember the other one...at least i think it was them????

    Yeah Naxalite is on Rafi's Revenge, which i think was their best album.
    Facts and Fictions was another good'un...

    Went to see them do a "live set" backing soundtract to the 1960's film "The Battle of Algiers" at Hackney a few years back. It was amazing - for me this band/collective are up there with the best at live performance in my generation.
