Southern Domination of the Championship next season..

What with Millwall surviving, Fulham falling, and Brentford and possibly Orient in the Champs next season, its gonna have a real Southern feel about it...

Brighton (on assumption they dont get thru play-offs)
Charlton
Millwall
Watford
BMouth
Reading
Fulham
Brentford
Orient
QPR (maybe)

Shaping up to be a blinding league next season, if we can get Orient up and Norwich down then even better.

Love the Championship, proper league filled with proper clubs with less of the downsides which blight the Premier League

Putting the play off teams in red, I wonder who the favourites for the title will be next season?

    Thinking Cardiff, reading, notts forest.

If.Fulham keep a chunk of their players they should bounce back at the 1st attempt. Would be very surprised if they didn't.

Parkers second relegation...Will he stay with em? Or perhaps join a play off promoted team?
  • It will be very interesting to see what sort of attendances Fulham get. Even in their Championship winning season they were averaging less than 20k.

Fulham will do a wolves/charlton and visit the depths of league one, if not league 2 IMO

I think Fulham will plummet like we did. Not promotion candidates for me.

Some great away days next year. I love going to Carrow Rd. Another trip to Craven Cottage , this time on an even keel , will be great and if Peterborough go up that will top it off.

Jingle Bells , Jingle bells ....

Agreed. That squad is a mess, and presumably, very highly paid.

I'm not sure they'll win the league but Bournemouth could get promoted. Don't rule us out either.

Forest under Pearce will be truly awful. Depends how early they sack him

I reckon Norwich will be strong contenders. They've got a good Championship squad.

think the dark horses will be Blackburn next year,i am a bit worried about us getting new players in,we saw what happened with new players this year, our owners are not as wealthy as some on here seem to think

For teams that have been in the premiership for a few years it's tough, for those who have just had a couple of years like Norwich still have a core of championship players therefore attempting is easier.

Saying that I expect challengers next year will be us (really I do) Cardiff and Wigan if they stay down.

QPR will depend on who is managing them - I think it will be SCP.

Forest no chance with Pearce in charge.

Blackburn I think the owners will pull out this year

So true. The atmosphere at the grounds is much better. Watch any Premiee League game and the fans are silent. Villa being the exception maybe. We were no different up there either.

I grudgingly have to add Palace to the list of exceptions.
Their fans may be monumental bellends with all the social graces and hygiene standards of newborn puppies but none of the adorable qualities, but by buggery they've been loud this year.
Even when they looked dead and buried they've sung non stop. They're twattish, embarrassingly unaware and cringey as fuck, yes. But they've sung.
