Would Jackson make a good coach?

He is now most likely considered in the list that have been great servants to the club of our recent history.

He is a good captain and a people person that can teach others.

He clearly loves being the charlton captain so if he gets his badges could/would he stay on as a coach?

Hasn't he gone on record saying he doesn't fancy coaching/managing when he retires? He's got his Jacko Academy going in the school holidays and does a bit on TalkSport... probably more likely to go down one of those two routes when he does retire IMO.

I'd love to keep him around the club as long as possible though.

I reckon he will. He's a motivator. So is Hughes.

I reckon media for JJ. Not going on much other than the way he grabbed the mike at the end of the Watford game and a couple of times I've heard him on radio. I suspect most players would't be quite so ready to talk to a crowd.

I reckon a career on talksport beckons for JJ given the amount of times he's interviewed on there
