Petition against the 'B' team proposals

I posted it on the existing thread but I felt it needed a thread of its own to get the attention it needs.

It is on the verge of passing 10,000 signatures already.

    Could you imagine a club like yeovil missing out on promotion to Man City B team? The more i look into it, the more it seems ridiculous.

    The sheer unpredictability of a B team line-up, which may include a convalescent Lars Ricken or Bastian Schweinsteiger one week, but a horde of untried 19-year-olds the next, unfairly distorts key promotion and relegation issues. In May 2005, Werder Bremen delegated Nelson Valdez, whose two goals had sunk Valencia in the Champions League, to their reserves to help them avoid relegation from the Regionalliga. Valdez scored a hat-trick in a 4-2 win at Borussia Dortmund II; Bremen II stayed up, Chemnitzer FC went down.

    If the FA wants to do something, it will do it. It's a shame that they don't really want a strong England team. their priority is keeping the big clubs happy. Just wish they would admit it!

    B teams were only made to let rubbish players enjoy playing football.

    Then they got rid of the B teams and just created Charlton, where the rubbish players come to get game time.
