couldn't help but notice this:
http://terracelife.co.uk/liverpool-fans-seek-1m-in-damages-for-human-rights-breach-after-police-forced-them-to-stay-on-board-coaches-without-toilet-breaks-lfc/
"A group of Liverpool football supporters are suing the police for more than £1million after they were ‘wrongfully imprisoned’ on their coaches on the way back from an away game.
Members of Spirit of Shankly (SOS), a ‘supporters’ union’, claim their human rights were violated during the four-hour journey from a match against Sunderland.
The fans, including disabled supporters and mothers with young children, say they were not allowed to go to the toilet at motorway service stations because the officers escorting their coaches would not let them off."

They're more intimidating than our fans.1

Ha, you get kids like that at Blackburn and Preston as well. I was hoping it was just a northern thing.0

Unless you are chronic incontinent what has disability got to do with. Typical SOS logic. Coaches have toilets anyway...did they hire one without one or did Glen Johnson nick it?PL54 said:couldn't help but notice this:

Hillsborough was horrific but nonsense like this only shows SOS in a bad light.
Thats 2K a women or child or disabled person for the inconvenience.
Londoners used to that once a year on the commute...ah liverpool fans dont have those issues do they?
No surprise to see those particular police forces being sued. SOS are to the 96 what the Black Society of Lawyers are to rights for black people.3 -
Read it again caly road. Your comments are pretty moronic. Doubt the story is wholly accurate but good luck to them in their complaint.0

£2k each for not being able to use the toilet on a 122mile journey. Seems a bit OTT.1

The same spirit of shankly that like singing songs about Munich.
Always the victims

That's a hell of a lot of police Budget gone on now defending this spurious action.
I was being slightly cruel yes but SOS deserve some admonishment they are a horrible supporters group IMO.0 -
So anyway... back to Crawley...1

Why are the BC fans just sitting there taking it? Very tolerant group of people, which has not always been the case with their fans in my experience.0

Palace would have had a special song.

I seem to remember Brentford away when we were in League One (think it was a few months before Parky was sacked)... Everyone was singing away in the terrace and this little kid over in the stand to the left shouted "Shut the fuck up" or something like that, and it had the required effect as I think our part of the terrace just stopped singing and looked over to where he wasUboat said:Why are the BC fans just sitting there taking it?
