Di Canio

He has announced that he is ready to manage again.

If CP was too forthright/had too much backbone for Roland then what does that make Di Canio? Wouldn't last a month.
  • No way lets keep Jose!

    Not a chance. He'd be a disaster.

My thoughts exactly. I don't think Roland would ever consider him as a candidate.
Given RD's fairly well known political leanings I don't think there's a snowballs chance in hell of PDC ever being employed by any organisation owned by RD.

Surely any one just has to look at the mess he created at Sunderland and then how well they did under Poyet as any proof they want that PDC is a nightmare. The only positive i can possibly think of for employing him would be that he'd probably raise the profile of the club. Can't think of anything else he'd bring to the table.

No, great entertainment but on someone else's time and cash.

RD is most certainly not impressed by celebrity.

He did well at Swindon. If not Riga then I'd give him a chance.

Was well backed by the club so built a team/squad that was a lot better than the level they were at. At the first sign of them selling a player (Ritchie to Bournemouth) to recoup some of the money back, he resigned.

makes all the Guardianistas spit feathers so of course its a huge yes from me.
  • All day long and im a guardianista through and though (explains my bad spelling ;)

God given talent. Who has seen someone more naturally talented in red and white? Simonsen maybe for those of that generation.

If someone can work out a way to harness that skill and industry it's a winner. That is no easy task.

Makes no sense. So maybe it will happen. Would be like 465 Christmas days at once of that is ever on the OS.
