Guardian have gone large on this, very useful

Here is the club by club breakdown

So my first question is, how come our turnover is lower than the Spanners? Were they on TV more?

Our turnover generally looks pathetic however the figures disguise both parachute payments and TV payments for individual games.

Spanners had a run to Wembley, that cup run is the sole reason for the higher turnover. They'll be back below us when this season's figures come out.

Millwall had a good cup run that year with a few tv appearances.

However, we are simply a smaller club than most people appreciate. We seduce with pronounced attendances that simply aren't true, we I would guess have a far higher child and oap percentage than other clubs, and our ticket prices are low in comparison to some others.

Thanks, Scoham, should have remembered that various people have already done a lot of work on these figures.

We're obviously not sweating our assets enough.

So the basic message is: every club is a basket case, millions of pounds in debt and losing millions more each year. If FFP has the impact that it promises to do, the whole nature of finances in the Championship are going to undergo an absolute revolution in the next year or so.
