    Zheng wasn't too bad in the Premier last time was he? People weren't too upset when we signed him this season so maybe it's a case of him not being able to cope with the style of the Championship.

    I just can't believe Lisbie can put on 180mins like he did to us this season when if he had buried his sitter at watford last season we might still be in the prawn sandwich division

    lisbie is shit dont get carried away,he will be at a relegated club come the end of the season with no more than ten goals to his name,it just a faze kev will grow out of playing well very soon

    Lucky I'm tee total then isn't it. The thread and the first post deserve short shrift, and as I said in a later post, in comparison to other things that have happened in SE7 today, then people need to get a reality check

    Just how many of you on here predicted for us to finish in a good position?
    Many predicted 5th, 6th or lower.
    So nothing unexpected is happening.
    We need time to dust ourselves down after 7 years in a different league.
    Be patient with the team and the manager. Stability and support will bring results.
    Sackings and booings will only make things worse.

    Good point, Jimmy. Very few of those who are slagging off Pardew and everyone else in sight expected us to be better placed then we are at the moment. The team at the moment is unbalanced and it's nowhere near the strongest team on paper that we have.

    We had a crap start to the season but it got better. We've had some unbeaten runs. The time will soon come when we get a decent run of results again.

    That's how football works.

    i am amazed at some of what I have read here

    pardew beggared belief with the Paddy Substitution when that clown bougherra was playing like an absolute and utter #### and it should have been him subbed and yes he deserves all the criticism for playing one up front against the bottom club FFS.

    yeah notice the ones making the biggest noises on here are people that didn't even go.

    i didn't think it was THAT bad today we created a few chances the players are scared of making mistakes at home in front of that lot.

    no but really, are people actually thinking of league 1? it's swings and roundabouts and a few results will see this topsy turvy league transform once again

    i'd have to jack keeping an eye out for orient otherwise...

    I thought the same on reading the Pardew out crap, but thinking and posting are too different things. Everyone is entitled to their view, no matter how strongly you or i feel against it.

    i thought the point of this forum was to discuss all things charlton, not to throw insults at people who's views differ.
    imo if it was commonplace on here, some people wouldn't post their views because of the reaction of others, and that isn't reasoned debate.
