    Good league two keeper from what I saw of him, but league two we are talking.. Not players dropping from the Prem and players good enough to be in the Prem, just hope we have a very solid back up to him as he may lose confidence fast if it doesn't go as we all hope it well, and so much of the job between the sticks is confidence.

    If I'm correct this is the 4th contract he's signed with us, 3 times the club have extended (and presumably improved) his terms, so clearly they have great confidence in him. It's worth contrasting this with the 1 year terms that the likes of Button and Alnwick got.

    Agreed. A 33/34 year old keeper who can help provide solid and reliable back up (just as Thomas Myhre did for us at the time) would be ideal.
