How did he get this job? He's terrible, not fit to iron Des Lyman's underpants.

right then...england lost me £25 the other night

i but £25 on an argentina, belgium, england treble this eve to clamber the pennies back

the argies did the biz earlier, our belgian brothers smashed an 89th minute winner which just woke up half my street, the question is

    can electric england do it?

We are 5 days away from the start of the World Cup and he's struggling to think of things to talk about, amateur.
  • Electrical storm...but not much energy on the pitch. Good practice for world cup, periods of football at walking pace.

Good to see England try and play a slower tempo at the start. I think its been a good opening patient passing 30 mins . Cahill and Terry look comfortable building play.

1-foot Welbeck would be a danger if he could rely on his other one at all.

Johnson had a period of consecutive bad touches and errors defensively. His problem seems to be no hard work off the ball to get into decent defensive position. There is no one else to go to he at RB, so he just needs to put more running into his defensive covering to stop being the weak link.

Generally comfortable on the ball with our passing, good to see.

Does Chiles have a stutter ?

He keeps repeating, keeps repeating, keeps repeating, keeps repeating himself until he thinks up the second half of his sentence. It's killing me.

    Genious ITV.

ITV plum to ref who he obviously mistakes for John Kettley or Michael Fish.

"So you were in the radar room doing what?"

    Ref

    "Checking the radar"

    Plum

"Has it gone or will it come back?"

Is the camera a long way from the action? or have i had too much to drink today?

    It is, horrible camera work.
camera operating was shocking in the last game. I'm guessing the stadium have their own media team who by contract do all the media in the stadium and those operating the camera have never filmed or even watched a soccer game before.

Well I've got the final of Britain's Got Talent on Sky+ with the wife and kids, so Adrian Chiles trying to speak would be a bonus right now.
