    On the basis that they have worked with Peeters before, and so they are presumably his choices, then I think this should be good news.

    The comparison has been made on here with Dowie and his brother, but what also didn't work back then was creating a management trio with Les Reed and Mark Robson.

    A manager should be allowed to bring his own team in. Curbs did and was successful as was Powell. Dowie and Pardew had their team forced on them and look what happened.

    So we have a Head of Performance Analysis in Brett Shaw and Kiala has been brought in by Bob as a performance analysist, i imagine to work under Brett Shaw? But Brett Shaw's position will be unaffected.

    I really don't care who they have as Manager or Asst or 1st team coach or even Sports Scientist as long as the team play well and look like they are going in the right direction RD would have done his job, we can not expect it to be all singing and dancing from day 1 let them get in asses the players and devise a plan of action and let them have at least 10 games to see if that plan is working before we all start slagging them off. Charlton is in a transgression period lets get behind them as a whole and move in the right direction as a club !
