OK apart from giving up smoking, drinking or eating, or finding a new job or relationship, what is/are your(s)??

I'm gonna try and work on my people skills...

    I thought you were going to say work on your kitchen, seeing as you've done your garden, bathroom etc.

    my new years resolutions are the bog standard ones. and i've stuck to them so far so quite pleased with myself.

    I have a whole new place since then hon, so everything all over again, heating just completed. next it's the floor, tiles (bathroom), carpet, furniture. Then eventually the garden...

    I really am 'trying' to stop smoking.

    Apart from that, nothing, new years resolutions are crap.

    I'm fed up with making resolutions each year which I don't keep.
