Plane landed safely. A man's been held by police on suspicion of making a hoax bomb threat.0
-
And what would the escort have done if a bomb went off?1
-
Nothing, but if the plane was hijacked and it changed direction towards a built up area they would have shot it down.0

You really do have to be a grade A tw*t to make a hoax threat these days. Absolute moron.Callumcafc said:Plane landed safely. A man's been held by police on suspicion of making a hoax bomb threat.
People like that deserve a good kicking in in my opinion.6 -
They should be sent on a suicide bomb course. Strapped with explosives and sent out to a military firing range and then ordered to detonate themselves or be used as target practice by new army recruits...Huskaris said:

haha although I would not go that far, if I had kids and they had to see a fighter jet flying alongside the plane (obviously after whatever commotion would have occurred on board) and then no doubt some sort of "storming" by armed police when the plane landed, I would want to have words with him myself. Unacceptable behaviour from someone who no doubt is an absolute moron. It's not the kind of thing you would see anyone with half a brain cell doing.soapy_jones said:

There to direct it away from populated areas as much as possible in case of such an event perhaps? Also I imagine if there was a chance they were going to detonate it near somewhere highly populated the plane would interveneken_shabby said:And what would the escort have done if a bomb went off?
