With 39% possession, that's what you call taking the chances when they come along0

Buyens can take a pen!2

We started the better team. After the early goal, Derby's central three took control and dictated.
They got a deserved goal and kept their foot on the pedal and could, perhaps should have taken the lead.
Against the run of play, Gorgeous George turned their centre back inside out and won the penalty. Buyens scoring from the spot never looked in doubt.
On balance I'd say we're lucky to be ahead but that's not to say that this team isn't streets better than this time last year.3 -
At the game,
Must say first 15-20 mins we looked very very strong keep the ball well knocking it around and making derby chase shadows, unfortunately the extra man in CM started to make a difference but Jackson is making all the tackles and buylens is spreading the ball lovely,
Quick scan through this and see some people digging the midfield when they are playing well we dominated first 20mins then was 50/50 for 10 and then derby had a final flutter.
Gudmunsson looks different class and we do need to spot igors runs more, George especially although I must say he took his goal very well and a fantastic run to get the penelty.
I'm sitting here and I'm pleased , I feel we need to push up more of the ball but we can't all be happy!10 -
Back to 3rd in league, lets hope we can hang on0
-
Sitting 15 yards too deep, full backs too narrow and 2v3 in the middle is suffering but 2-1 up so it's all good1

Overlooking The Gironde Estuary in Charente Maritme. No storm; electricity still on. (:Swisdom said:

With JJ on the field I presume we have a new penalty taker0
-
The Old Vines Grenache is very pleasant I must say!! Ok get ready for the second half people.......think BP might make a change at HT.....think we need to match up in midfield as Derby switched to 4-5-10
-
Still behind Millwall on goal difference...0
