I notice that this site does not have a link from the Club OS. I just wondered why, considering the popularity of this site?

    Pah! I have emailed time and time again asking politely to have a link from the links page. No go. No answer. No nothing.

    I don't think they understand how important links from key sites are; it affects our Google PageRank. And PageRank is everything on the interwebs.

    I think they may have forgotten the password they need to update that page. Otherwise... I don't know.

    raise it with the Supporters Director bloke. I understand he posts on here. It would also mean more people would get to read his newspaper articles so it'll be to his advantage.

    Ive written to the club countless times and got no reply (Steve Sutherland being the exception) I wanted the Addicks Downunder to be recognised as part of the official supporters club, but alas nobody is interested. And Im not having an unnecessary dig, its just a fact which sadly has to be accepted. Lookout...there is a way to get the Google ranking up without any effort...I'll ask my computer bloke if he will divulge his secret......My page has been number 1/2 or 3 for years, and at no cost or effort.

    Already on the case. New IT/website guy started yesterday and he's got putting a link up to here on his list of things to do.

    It is number 4,137th on the list but I'm told he's quite bright and hardworking so he's unusual for someone in IT ; - )

    Hallelujah! Doesn't sound a big deal, but it is.

    Google will now crawl the OS and find the link, which acts as a kind of recommendation, thus adding a little bit to our ratings.

    Would be good to have a trawl thru and see which are still active plus add any new ones plus find out what happened to the CASC site. Wasn't it being run by Bream team?
