Are you allowed to sign foreign players on loan during that window... I thought it was just English teams that could swap (seeing we didnt take any additional Standard Liege rejects on loan once the January Window closed?)

This whole saga is perfectly set up for him to do an ACL on his debut...for whoever that may be...and be out for the rest of the season. You can just see it happening...
