If any of you fellow addicks are looking to rent I have a lovely 2 bed flat within peregrine court welling walking distance to the station, high st, all local amenities £900 PCM . £950 anyone else.

    2 bedroom flat £900 was that West Kensington or Welling.

    Cue a long thread about how impossible it is to get on the ladder when a two bed flat costs nearly a bag of sand before bills

    Unfortunately, as someone who's been looking about for rentals at the moment - I can confirm that that does appear to be the going rate, and in some ways, for a 2 bed quite a good deal!

    Well thank you Mr LuckyReds, I thought I would mention on the Life to see if anyone would be interested. I believe the £900 is below what the going rate is at the moment and would be happy to accept that from a fellow addick.
    I suppose you can't please everyone ..!

    If you're lucky enough to live in Bexley you should expect to pay a high price.

    The reason it is so expensive to live in Bexley as we don't want any old riff raff round here.

    We have a reputation to upkeep!!
