Best blog sites for writing reviews

Thinking about starting up a blog for reviewing breakfast options in my area. Does anyone have any suggestions for any blog-building sites that are particularly suitable for this? I'm looking for a set up with decent navigation to allow users to find old reviews, as opposed to a linear date-structured blog. Any suggestions gratefully received.

@SheffieldRed Hundreds of people online writing art reviews in exactly the same way, just felt that observing artists work in a different fashion is more exciting.
