Pictures not deleting

anyone know why the pictures are not deleting anymore
to get a big picture normally attach file then once that's done click on the picture and enter the URL link then delete the little picture
but everytime I go to delete the little picture now it comes up Oops a error has occurred, it has happened 4/5 times in a row now
