Need someone with DAB who isnt going to the game to broadcast it over something like Yahoo/MSN Messenger....fortunately/unfortunately Im going to the game mate, otherwise I would do it. Happy to sms updates as I do for some of the other Addicks Downunder.......but...isnt the game on SKY? or Foxtel? if so you can do one of those pay to view downloads on the web( or better still Fox may show it?)....cant remember the site name, but a few of the lads on here suggested it for the WBA game when I didnt have access to the tv.

If anyone knows a bit more about pay to view on the web can they post it up please?
I'd love to watch the game on Sat.

Do these sites work with macs or are they a PC thing?

    Hi Folks, you called .....?

The site I use to watch live televised Charlton matches on my laptop:

    http://liveonlinefooty.com/

Which invariably is okay - costs £3.50 by Paypal or Visa.

But the Scunny match isn't listed for this weekend.

Oakster or Vancouver get a site that downloads matches from Chinese sites.
I don't know if they can get the Scunny match.
Palace match is just a bit too far ahead to be listed just yet.

Invaluable resource. If I have to watch a game (or more usually the cricket) on the net it's via here & using sopcast/vlc media player. There is a trick where you can use VLC to boost the quality of the stream through Sopcast, I watched the Watford game on my computer monitor in near fullscreen resolution.

    Cheers lads.

Looks like it's just for PC's and not macs.

    Radio for me then.
  • FSI crew is great for streaming, a lot of the programs should be mac compatable, I'm fairly certain SopCast for example has a mac version.

Seems there's no mac version out there.

some people are discussing converting your mac to run windows & PC programs but that's a bit of a hassle.

    oh well.
