Games being called off tonight

This weather is just awful

Anyone else think our game has a element of doubt?

Good test for our new pitch however

It's not expected to effect the south east as much as the rest of the country.

Currently a nice sunny day, but we rarely have anything else in Sunny Sidcup :-)

Can't see there being enough impact locally tbh even if it turned for the worse

As long as we can still see the opposition score we should be fine ;-(

No one - the score can still be nil and be a "score".

But, as we haven't scored more than a goal in a game since August, it might not be too difficult to predict what our number of goals is likely to be. Having said that, we haven't let in more than a goal in that time either!

So, on the basis of probability, tonight's score will be one from 0-0, 1-0, 0-1 or 1-1. On that basis we could just have a smaller version of the board with a tick box by it to indicate, at any given time, what the score is.

Mmmm, it appears to have gone binary since I took a fellow software engineer to a match. Sorry guys.

He may be coming to Fulham away if you want to give that one a miss too.

If tonight's game is called off, I hope fans get wind of it before they set off.

Pity Spurs are not playing tonight, could be a topical bet Harry Kane first goalscorer.

I have revised my previous prediction of us being rinsed tonight to us just being plain gubbed!

A woman has died from a fallen tree in Knightsbridge.

Yes, just down the road from where I work, very sad. And a man injured by a fallen tree in Belgravia.

Nasty outside, a couple of trees down near the Valley and the police may call the game off.

Really?! I've just arrived at work in Waterloo, and short of a few blown leaves I was just thinking how unaffected London is. Even the trains were working.

That's awful about the woman in Knightsbridge though. Stay safe everyone.

Very windy in Camberwell but nothing that could call a game off I reckon.

That's quite a deep station though, that one.

There is a full programme of football league fixtures to-night (36 matches) and as yet none have been called off.

Think we should throw caution to the wind and play whatever.
As long as BDL doesn't play that Dylan track, we should be fine.

Weather forecast is for it to get windier this evening in London.

I'm not too worried. At least I'll be able to light my cigerette and smoke it in peace in the north lower bogs without worrying if the flame won't light on my lighter.
  • Bright and breezy in Bexley.

The Hampton Court line is currently blocked by a fallen tree.

    The problem is the gustiness.

Utterly ridiculous wind in Brentford, couldn't stand up straight at one point.

    Weather's bad too.

Not according to the Met Office.
They say winds should ease gradually through the evening.
