It's really near the end (probably about 1 hr 10 mins in).
Brilliant goal - not sure where this pronunciation of his name has come through - is that the way we're supposed to be saying it ?1 -
Well after a pen for us, and 2 deflected goals for Newport,
A cracker at last, (score at gillingham on loan ?)
He needs to score some tap in's now, like michael Smith at Swindon.0 -

The more I think about it "Pie-got" probably makes more sense - "Pig-got" would have a double g.

His team-mates call him Pig, not Pie!0

The name is pronounced the same as champion jockey Lester,
Even thou there aren't two GG's in Joe's name !0 -
Well having four g's in Pigott would be ridiculous !soapboxsam said:The name is pronounced the same as champion jockey Lester,

Excellent goal. 1hr, 11mins, 10 secs for anyone who can't be bothered to watch any of the rest of the programme.
Thanks for the link.

Here's his goal for the gills, not quite as good as Saturdays, but decent feet and a good finish.0 -
It's a shame he couldn't get a loan to another L1 team, the gulf between L2 and Championship is pretty huge. Hopefully will be good for his confidence though.BringBackMendonca said:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EyXiOsaOoa8

Ouch... What does this mean for Pigott's career... http://www.southwalesargus.co.uk/sport/11590909.County_ready_to_let_Joe_Pigott_go_as_Aaron_O_Connor_nets_again/0

Scored 3 for them. Third highest scorer despite only playing 9 out of 16. They may live to regret it if they send him back.0

ffs, the guy went on loan to get a bit of confidence back and this kind of headline can't do any good for that.ForeverAddickted said:Ouch... What does this mean for Pigott's career... http://www.southwalesargus.co.uk/sport/11590909.County_ready_to_let_Joe_Pigott_go_as_Aaron_O_Connor_nets_again/

Fuck em. He's too good for them anyway.0

Looks to me like the reporter has made something out of nothing, I think the key thing Edinburgh says is 'We will have more discussions with Charlton this week but it looks like Joe might be going back now after his last game on November 22'.
Surely they wouldn't be having discussions with us if they didn't WANT him back?0 -
It's Monday. We haven't signed a new striker. I want to be annoyed.0
-
Perhaps Joe hasn't settled there?
Or maybe their need is for an experienced player coming in and finances dictate they can only afford to loan in one player?

Or they don't want him at the current wage contribution when they have other players available.BringBackMendonca said:Looks to me like the reporter has made something out of nothing, I think the key thing Edinburgh says is 'We will have more discussions with Charlton this week but it looks like Joe might be going back now after his last game on November 22'.

I was going to say the same, especially after they got knocked out of the FA Cup on Saturday, could have been a nice little earner for them.0
-
Maybe he wasn't up to it0
-
My mate works with his bird. Apparently they have been struggling to meet the wage payments.2

He's got the highest goals per game ratio in their team. (Or was that a woosh?)Im_Jordans_Cousin said:Maybe he wasn't up to it
