For tutoring check the players personality and determination. Ben Haim for example should make a good tutor as he's described as professional and has very high determination.1

Finished my first season as Whitehawk and got them promoted as champions. Barnes-Homer got 34 league goals...Even though he was injured for two months...
Few bugs to iron out but the interface is very nice and seems well polished. Match engine is also very good.

4-5-1 works well for us
played 4-4-2 and 4-3-3 first 7 games 1 draw lost 6

I'm not taking it too seriously until the finished game comes out, but I've been using 4-2-4 a lot and halfway through the second season.

Well for starters Messi and Ronaldo are both better than Vetokele on FM and we all no thats not true :-)Scoham said:

Using 4-2-2-2
Made 5 signings: Kermorgant, Ajdarevic, Jack Grealish, John Legear, John McGinn.
14 games in and sitting in 7th place.
I think a few changes could be made to the players but nothing major.
Bikey and Ben Haim could both be a bit better, particularly on the ball.
Vetokele should be better in the air.
Everything else looks good so well done Scoham.
Gomez looking very good early days. Just bringing him through slowly but he's already improved into my best CB.
