    BBC news has just said that, violent crime in the capital is up 20%, even though non violent crime is down.
    I'm waiting to hear over what period.

    How doo these figures link to the traumas expressed by the {Police Federation about cuts in numbers a couple of years ago?
    Wasn't there a 10% reduction?
    Is the police more efficient now or are criminals more stupid?
