Quality not quantity, Obika you can stand down.
I like the emphasis on the scouts at the end, the network we have for scouting may well give us that edge, come January, that we don't rely on picking up has beens or overpriced junk.0 -

What???? Is Nick Jarvis(?) back in the Sun. I used to love that when it first appeared. Used to nick my workmates paper everyday to read it and when he left, I forced myself to start buying it, just for that comic strip (and a quick peep at the boobies). Not sure how a decent striker can be "too expensive " if we start sliding down the table if we can't secure wins this month. I think CAFC and Staprix needs to be guided by the market to secure the last couple of pieces of the jigsaw.
The latest FFP changes suggest it will be cheaper to push on now rather than wait.0 -
Things are bound to become a little easier in Jan when we can actually buy outright and other clubs have movements in and out. Lets face it, we're not yet up to a promotion challenge as a squad. We've made huge strides from last year, but I'm sure we can wait for 2 more months before investing in further improvements.1
